Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to read about me.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of Texas at San Antonio (CACREP Accredited). I have clinical experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults with issues that include grief, anxiety, depression, goal setting, behavioral issues, multicultural issues, play/activity therapy, stress management, trauma, life changes, domestic violence, and family/relationship conflicts. I am a Filipina counselor and a 1.5th-generation immigrant. As someone who was raised in a multicultural community, I plan to understand each individual’s perspective about their cultural upbringing and how it affects their life. My goal is for individuals to feel empowered as they create their own path towards healing and acceptance.​

I currently practice at Mata Counseling Services PLLC, which was founded by Rebeca Mata, LPC-S. We are located in Flower Mound, TX, and offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
